The exercise in the video below is great for core stabilization and utilizes the Synergee Core Sliders. To complete, place one slider under each foot, assume a plank position, and slide one or both feet in and out. This challenges core stability, as well as hip internal rotators, hip external rotators and adductors. Check it out in the video below!
