This is a great exercise for all skill levels to work on leg strength, core strength and improve balance. Primary muscles utilized in this workout are glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings. To complete this exercise, stand directly behind the Bosu with your feet shoulder width apart. With controlled breathing, step on the Bosu with one foot, followed by the other with eyes looking forward.
