This exercise makes use of the URBNFit Exercise ball and is great to strengthen hips. Check it out in the video below and read on for exercise details!
1. Find a wall, turn to the side, and place the ball between the wall and your hip, pinching the ball against the wall with your hip.
2. Bring your "wall leg" up to 90 degrees and make sure your other leg is straight under your body.
3. Then, push the ball against the wall as if you are trying to push it through.
You will immediately feel the effect in your glutes and your internal and external hip rotators will kick in on both sides. Hold the position for as long as you can tolerate and then switch to the other side!
