We've shared several posts on the importance of strong and stable feet. As the foundations of our bodies, many activities of daily life begin with them, and depend on them for proper functioning. That's why it's important to assess our foot control, which is related to overall strength and stability.
In the video below, we'll assess two components to foot control:
Arch Control: Can we lift our arch, and can we keep the muscle relaxed?
Toes: Can we lift only our big toe while keeping the others positioned on the ground, and vis versa?
