In the video above, we use the URBNFit Exercise Ball to perform a hip strengthening exercise. The exercise works by placing the ball up against a wall, and positioning the leg closest to the wall up against the ball in a 90 degree angle. Then, you want to push the ball against the wall - you will feel this working your opposite side hip! Hold for as long as you can comfortably, then switch sides.
Improve Hamstring Strength and Hip Stability
In the video above, we use the URBNFit Exercise Ball to work on Hamstring Strength and Hip Stability. The exercise works by laying on the ground with your arms flat at your sides and your feet rested on top of the ball. Then, lift up your hips and slowly roll your feet in and out. As soon as your hips start to sag, you want to reset! You can make the exercise more challenging by bringing in the ball with two legs and rolling it out with one.
