How to Use a Resistance Band to Stretch Your Triceps

Triceps play an important role in shoulder stability, and strong and flexible triceps can help prevent injury and play an important role in the rehabilitation process. There are a variety of products and exercises we can use to stretch and strengthen our triceps, but this post will focus specifically on how we can use resistance bands. To perform this exercise, we'll use the WODFitters Pull Up Assist Bands. Start by finding a fixture to loop one end of the band around. Next, loop one hand in the band and carefully pull yourself underneath it, letting the band pull your hand down behind your shoulder. You should be able to feel the stretch in your triceps!
