Increase Core Strength and Stability with the Mountain Climber and Synergee Core Sliders

Using Synergee Core Sliders, the Mountain Climber exercise is helpful to increase both core strength and stability through repeated lower body motion while the upper body stabilizes the core. This movement can be completed at a slower speed for greater hip flexor activation and core control or faster for improving cardiovascular endurance. Check it out in the video below!

To perform: with feet on sliders- begin in a straight arm plank position with hips level and hands under shoulders. Then, as if you were running, pull one knee towards your chest, moving the slider along the door. As you push that leg back, pull the other knee forward. Continue for sets of 20 reps or for 30 second intervals.
