To complete the exercise:
1. Loop the band around your hands.
2. Raise your arms above your head.
3. Pulse the band outwards several times.
You can repeat this exercise at different ranges - i.e. arms extended in front of you at different angles - to further increase your range of motion and strength in different positions!
