Enhance Overhead Mobility with a Foam Roller
In the video above, we use an Amazon Basics Foam Roller to work on our shoulder mobility. To perform the exercise, place the roller against the wall with the sides of your hands pressed against it. Then, slowly raise your arms, moving the roller up the wall as you do so. Repeat as comfortable!
Strengthen Your Shoulder with Rainbow Mini Loop Bands
In the video above, we use Rainbow Mini Loop Bands to increase shoulder strength and extend our range of motion. To perform the exercise, place a band around your hands and raise your arms above your heads. Then, pulse your hands out to challenge your range of motion.
Alleviate Shoulder Pain and Discomfort with Chest Pull Apart Opener
In the video above, we use a TheraBand Resistance Band to help alleviate pain and discomfort in our shoulders. To perform the exercise, place the band in your hands and bring your arms to about chest height. Then, pull your arms back, pinching your shoulder blades and repeat as comfortable!
