Sooth Back and Leg Muscles with the Hyperice Hypershphere Mini
In the video above, we use the Hyperice Hypersphere Mini to massage the backs of our legs and lower back. Laying on a flat surface, the ball can be positioned beneath our backs and rolled around to massage the entire surface area. We like the Hypersphere Mini in particular because of its portability and ease of use.
Foam Roller Exercise Series for the Back
In the video above, we use an Amazon Basics Foam Roller to perform an exercise series that targets our back. To perform the series, find a bench or comfortable place to lie down. Then lay on top of the foam roller, placing it along your spine. Then, bring your arms down to your sides, and back up as seen in the video.
Decrease Neck Tension with the TheraLoop
The exercise in the video above uses the TheraLoop Door Anchors and a resistance band to work on neck tension and posture. To perform the exercise, secure the TheraLoop and resistance band to a door, and hold one side of the band in each hand. Then, slowly bring your arms to and away from your body.
