In the image above, we're performing a plank variation that involves resting both hands on the balance trainer and entering a plank position. The reverse of this exercise involves placing your hands on the floor with your feet on the balance trainer in a plank position. Then, lift one foot off the trainer and hold before repeating with the alternate foot.
