The exercises featured below are great to work on your core strength and stability. Each exercise makes use of the Synergee Core Sliders.
The mountain climber with feet on the Synergee Core Sliders increases both core strength and stability through repeated lower body motion while the upper body stabilizes the core. To perform: with feet on sliders- begin in a straight arm plank position with hips level and hands under shoulders. Then, as if you were running, pull one knee towards your chest, moving the slider along the door. As you push that leg back, pull the other knee forward. Continue for sets of 20 reps or for 30 second intervals.
This is a great core stabilization exercise in which one slider is placed under each foot and from a plank position you slide one or both feet in and out. This challenges core stability, as well as hip internal rotators, hip external rotators and adductors.
