Try this Foam Roller Exercise to Improve Back and Shoulder Mobility

Foam Rollers are great tools for enhancing mobility and can be used to target most areas or muscle groups of the body. In the video below, we use the Amazon Basics Foam Roller to perform an exercise that helps with back and shoulder mobility. Check it out and read on for details!
To perform this exercise:
- With foam roller aligned with your spine and head and tailbone resting on the roller, raise arms up to 90 degrees, hands over shoulders. Hold for 30 seconds
- Allow your shoulder blades to reach back towards foam roller, allowing chest to be wide and then move hands back towards center. Repeat for 30 seconds
- Perform scissor motion by raising and lowering alternating arms for 30 seconds
- With both arms raised over your shoulders allow your arms to lower to side while keeping scapular position and width through chest, performing a snow angel position. Repeat for 30 seconds
