Try This Mobility & Stability Exercise Series with Rainbow Mini Loops

The first exercise, featured in the video below, uses the Rainbow Mini Loop Bands to increase your range of motion and helping with dorsiflexion and hip flexion. The exercise can be completed sitting or standing.

The next exercise can be completed before working out or on its own to improve hip, foot, and ankle stability as well as knee joint stabilization. In general, the exercise improves movement efficiency and body mechanics.
