Improve Hip, Foot, and Ankle Stability with Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Bands
The exercise in the video above uses the Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Bands to work on hip, foot, and ankle stability. To perform the exercise, loop one of the bands around your ankles while standing in an athletic stance with your feet shoulder length apart. Then pull the band over with one leg, and return with the other foot. Alternate between sides. For an extra challenge, place the band around your feet and repeat!
Help Prevent Injury By Training Your Hip Abductor with the Synergee Core Sliders
