Bill has been practicing physical therapy since 1999 after graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute, and is credentialed as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars.
